Who We Are

The Dementia Friendly Fulton County Coalition is a grassroots, community coalition comprised of government agencies, civic organizations, and local businesses with a goal of raising awareness and making life better for persons living with dementia and their care partners.

 

Our mission is to encourage respectful inclusion, access to resources and services, and compassion from all in our community.  Join us in our mission to make Fulton County dementia-friendly.
