Support Groups

A dementia support group is a structured, and confidential gathering of caregivers, family members, or individuals living with dementia. These groups are designed to provide a safe space to share experiences, exchange practical tips for caregiving, and offer emotional support, often preventing burnout and reducing feelings of isolation.
